Parent Coaching & Workshops

Feeling worn down by meltdowns, power struggles, screen battles . . . or just the daily stress of parenting?

You’re not alone. Being a parent can be so wonderful. And so hard.  Let’s do this together.

As a certified parent coach and educator, I support parents—especially those raising sensitive, anxious, strong-willed, or neurodiverse kids and teens—who are navigating the complex, rewarding, and exhausting work of parenting.

I believe being a parent is the best - and most important - job there is. But we weren’t meant to do it alone. In a world flooded with advice, pressure, and unrealistic expectations, I offer something different: steady support, realistic strategies, and deep connection. My coaching is grounded in compassion, science, and lived experience—not perfection or judgment.

Through one-on-one sessions and group workshops, I help parents feel less overwhelmed and more equipped to handle BIG emotions, difficult behaviors, and everyday stress. I draw from the complementary fields of neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness—as well as my certification in the Connected Parenting framework—to offer a middle path between extremes. One that blends connection with discipline and love with limits, to help kids build confidence and resilience from the inside out.

My work is shaped by my own experience as a mom of two, a former organizational leader, and a community youth educator. I know firsthand how lonely and confusing parenting can feel—and how powerful it is to feel truly supported and understood.

At the heart of my approach is this belief: Parents don’t need more pressure, extreme parenting philosophies, or conflicting advice. They need connection, compassion, and practical tools that actually help. Because when parents feel supported, everything begins to shift—for themselves, their kids, and their families.

I offer both private coaching and small-group workshops that create space to connect, laugh, learn, and grow.  Because at the end of the day—whether we’re navigating the lows or celebrating the highs—we’re all in this together.
